Join the Elgin Chamber of Commerce for the beloved Grand Parade, a treasured event in our town. Expect the streets to be adorned with excited community members ready to witness the spectacle of the floats. Embracing a Mardi Gras theme titled "Boots, Beads, and Bling," this year's parade promises a vibrant celebration. Scheduled to start promptly at 10 AM, you won’t want to be late. As we celebrate the 55th Annual Western Days, we encourage the active participation of all our local businesses.
