Railroad Runway Fashion Show

Description

Join us down at the pavilion for Elgin’s first-ever fashion show! We will be highlighting local boutiques and salons to showcase their favorite styles. There will be four age groups from our community represented on the runway, and you will decide who the top models are. 


Railroad Runway Fashion Show 

Vendors 

· Each Participating Vendor will dress, accessorize or do hair/make-up for 3-8 models. 

· Participating vendors should give leads a detailed list of what each of your models are wearing for announcement purposes and to ensure everything is returned appropriately. 

· Would love to have owners of businesses participate as a model themselves. Please sign up on the model form if you would like to do this. 

Models 

· Models will be responsible for going to the assigned boutique/store one week prior to the event to get fitted for the outfit of the vendor's choice. 

· Models will have two rehearsals before the event. Thursday, June 16th and Tuesday, June 21st. (times to be announced) 

Timeline for day of the event 

Thursday, June 23, 2022 

5:00 PM: Hair and Make-up will start. (Local shops will host at their own place. Out of town shops will be posted at one of three buildings. (Chamber, Rainey Real Estate, or Elgin Courier) 

6:45 PM: Models will dress at one of three buildings they are assigned to. 

7:15-7:30 PM: Models and vendors should report to Elgin Memorial Park, Pavillion 

7:30 PM lineup will begin. 

8:00 PM Show begins 

9:15-9:30 PM: Show will be over. Models should return to the same building they were assigned to in order to get changed out of the vendor's clothing.

Next, we have Lexy Gonzales, she is wearing a bright, full-length maxi dress provided by Main Street Boutique in Elgin. Lexy has been accessorized by Big Accessories in Bastrop, TX. Her hair was styled by Stylist Name from The Best Salon of Elgin and make-up by the fabulous Katy Rivers in Taylor, TX.
