Donna Hall, FNTP, is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Metabolic Balance Coach, and owner of Donna Hall Wellness. She works one-to-one with women who want to feel better, improve their metabolic health, and understand what their bodies actually need rather than relying on one-size-fits-all nutrition advice.

Donna combines Functional Nutritional Therapy with the personalized Metabolic Balance program, which uses each client’s health history and bloodwork to create an individualized nutrition plan. From there, she partners with her clients to help them put that plan into practice with education, encouragement, and practical support along the way.

Donna was honored to be named Best of Bastrop County Nutritionist and Best Health Coach in 2025. She serves women throughout Bastrop County and works virtually with clients beyond the local area.
