Elgin Parks & Recreation, in partnership with Cub Scout Pack 471 invite you to join us for a FREE BIKE RODEO. Get prepared to go through the Cub Scout obstacle course and race - trophies will be given out for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! Everyone who signs in will be entered into the raffle. 

Make sure to bring your parent or guardian, your bike, and helmet!
