You're invited to the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony of the Elgin Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center on Thursday, February 13th! The event will take place from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, with the ribbon cutting scheduled for 6:00 PM.
